   All details provided must be true and correct. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the processing of your booking.
    
2. Booking Confirmation
   Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation. All bookings are subject to availability and will be officially confirmed by Luxury Escape Maldives via email or phone.
    
3. Rates & Payments
   All rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is completed. Final quotes, payment schedules, and instructions will be provided during the confirmation process.
    
4. Cancellations & Amendments
   Cancellation and amendment policies depend on the resort, hotel, airline, or service provider. These policies will be clearly communicated to you before any payment is made. Fees may apply.
    
5. Agency Responsibility
   Luxury Escape Maldives acts as a booking agent between clients and external service providers. We are not responsible for service disruptions, delays, cancellations, or changes made by resorts, airlines, or third-party partners.
    
6. Client Responsibility
   Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, health, and entry requirements for travel. Luxury Escape Maldives is not liable for issues arising from non-compliance.
    
7. Personal Data & Privacy
   By submitting your inquiry, you consent to Luxury Escape Maldives using your information to process your booking. All personal data will remain confidential and will only be shared with relevant service providers as required.
    
8. Communication Consent
   By contacting us, you agree to receive follow-up communications via email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding your inquiry or booking.
